Patsy Elois (Seagroves) (Suggs) Shook

Patsy Elois (Suggs) Shook, 73, of Quitman, passed away on January 21, 2020, in Lindale. She was born May 1, 1946 in Tyler to the late Benjamin and Maggie Seagroves.

Funeral services for Patsy Elois Suggs Shook will be 1:00 pm, Saturday, January 25, 2020 at Cottle-Pearson Funeral Home Chapel, Overton with Reverend James Pierce officiating. Burial will be at the Kilgore Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Friday, January 24, 2020 at Cottle-Pearson Funeral Home, Overton.

Patsy was a beautician and owner of Headmasters Beauty Salon in Kilgore for 18 years. She was an avid reader, enjoyed traveling, crocheting, and most of all taking her grandchildren on trips.

Preceded in death by her husbands, Ralph D. Suggs in 2001 and Lloyd Shook in 2012, son-in-law, Russell McFadin in 2017, brothers, RB Seagroves, Ray Seagroves, David Seagroves and Aubrey Seagroves, brother-in-law, Doc Rinehart, 3 sisters and 2 brothers-in-law, Earlene and Bud Suggs, Jane and Louis Spencer and Betty Phea.

Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Kevin Dale and Laura Suggs of Longview; 2 daughters and son-in-law, Robin and Jerry Boone of Quitman, and Laura McFadin of Gilmer; 2 sisters and brother-in-law, Sue and Billy Boone of Ben Wheeler, and Carolyn Rinehart of Whitehouse; brother-in-law, Clint Phea of Tyler; 13 grandchildren, Marquisia and Justin Wright, Jeremiah Boone, Naomi and Jason Fletcher, Tobiah and Amanda Boone, James and Dana Boone, Janet Boone, Nathaniel Boone, Annette McFadin, Ralph and Misty McFadin, Taura McFadin, Sarah and Brandon Hirsch, Grady and Abby Suggs, and Christine and Kyle Burley; 31 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers are Grady Suggs, Ralph McFadin, Brandon Hirsch, Jeremiah Boone, Tobiah Boone and Nathaniel Boone. Honorary pallbearers are Justin Wright and Jason Fletcher.
