Alisa Lawing Obituary

Alisa Lawing, 60, died November 1, 2021, at her home in Overton, Texas. She was born on July 17, 1961. Alisa shared so many great qualities with anyone she knew or met. She was very fun loving and carefree. She was outgoing and friendly, if you met her, you loved her. She was not judgmental and was a very hard worker. One could say she was a tomboy. She could work under the hood and could play football just as well as the guys in the family. Camping and going to the lake was her favorite thing to do with her family. There was never a dull moment with Alisa. Her laughter could fill a room and it was unforgettable. She had a heart full of love that will be cherished for a lifetime. Her love for her children and grandchildren was unconditional. They all were so special to her. She never missed a chance to say how proud she was of them. She always would let people know how important it was to share love. Alisa will forever be cherished and remembered.
Alisa is preceded in death by her loving husband Harry “Reg” Lawing. She is survived by her children Elizabeth and Bubba Still of Overton, TX, Amy Lawing of Overton TX, Lisa and Bryan Bice of Aledo, TX, Danny Lawing of Arlington, TX, her grandchildren Taylor, Bryce and Olivia Still of Overton, Isaiah and Kason Hawkins of Overton, TX, Ayanna Hawkins of Bullard, TX, Jay Bice of Aledo, Texas and Chandler Lawing of Stephenville, TX. She is also survived by her parents, Fred and Jacque Richardson of Avinger, TX, and her brothers and sisters, Fred and Olean Richardson of Pleasanton, TX, Rhonda and Gerald Hollan of Mendenhall, MS, Claudine and Anthony Brown of Kilgore, TX, Coy and Linda Richardson of Gainesville, TX, Thomas and Amanda Richardson of Pleasanton, TX and many nieces and nephews.
