Bryan Weaver Barton

Bryan Weaver Barton, 86, of Overton, passed away on February 25, 2021 in Quitman, Texas. He was born August 19, 1934 in Dallas, Texas to the late Madison and Kathleen Barton.

Graveside services for Bryan Barton will be 11:00 am, Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at Overton City Cemetery.

He was a graduate of Annapolis Naval Academy in 1957. He traveled the world in the Navy. He loved flying airplanes and was a pilot for VP 16th squadron and retired after 20 years.

Preceded in death by his wife, Vera Barton.

Survivors include his son, Jerry Barton of Longview and his children, Morgan, Alex, and Silvia; daughter, Sherry Tribioli of Chandler, AZ and her 2 children, Eric Lambert and Jared Lambert.

Arrangements are under the direction of Cottle-Pearson Funeral Home, Overton.
