Charles William Cooley, Jr., known to friends as “Bubba”, 70, of Kilgore, passed away on February 12, 2020, in Kilgore, Texas. He was born July 6, 1949 to the late Charles William Cooley, Sr. and Margaret Lois White Cooley.

Memorial services for Charles Cooley, Jr. will be 2:00 pm, Sunday, February 16, 2020, at Bubba and Billie’s home.

Charles is survived by his wife of 44 years, Billie (nee Johnson) Cooley; daughters and their spouses, Kerrie and Todd Clark, and Wendie and Kyle Waldron; sister-in-law and spouse, Karen and Lowell Williams; sisters, Carolyn Smith, and Patricia and husband, Ron Shephard; 3 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Charles is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Lois Cooley and brother-in-law, David Smith.
