Clayton Lynn Martin

Clayton Lynn Martin, 61, passed away on July 8, 2025 in Tyler, Texas. He was born in August 12, 1963, in Mesa, Arizona, to Charles and Christine Martin.

Clayton enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, fishing, artery, and telling dad jokes. He loved a good debate and would always say, “Here’s The Thing.” He loved fast cars, fast boats and anything fast and lived life in the fast lane, and was a loyal grandfather, loyal dedicated husband, and father. He gave everything to his kids and will be forever missed.

He is preceded in death by his father, Charles Martin.

He is survived by his mother, Christine Martin; daughter, Shauna Martin and husband Jason Preston; grandchildren, Ollie Rae Smith, Isabella Smith, Caleb Smith, Olivia Preston, and Dylan Bradshaw; 3 other children; 5 sisters; 3 brothers, and 9 grandchildren.

Memorial services for Clayton Martin will be held at a later date.
