Colleen Ralson

Colleen Newey Ralson, 87, of Troup, Texas, went to be with the Lord on November 13, 2021, in Whitehouse, Texas. She was born February 26, 1934, in Ogden, Utah to the late George Earl and Bessie Hutchenson Newey.

Memorial services for Colleen Ralson will be at 10:00 am, December 4, 2021, at Troup First Baptist Church.

Colleen loved working on the mission field for many years and spreading the love of Jesus to others. She witnessed in 7 Countries and 30 states. She was a retired nurse after 17 years and taught nursing school for many years. She loved spending time with her family. She was a member of Troup First Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents, brother, and sister.

She is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Soriano, and husband Tom of Troup, TX; sons, Rodger D. Ralson and Karen of Lufkin, TX, and James E. Ralson and wife D’Ann of Greenville, TX; 11 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren.

Arrangements are under the direction of Cottle Funeral Home, Troup.
