David Joe Riggs, 65, of Troup, passed away on March 3, 2020, in Troup, Texas. He was born February 10, 1955, in Sugarland, Texas to the late Franklin Riggs and Violet Jean Haynes Riggs.
Funeral services for David Riggs will be 2:00 pm, Friday, March 6, 2020, at Cottle Funeral Home, Troup, with Bo Stevens officiating. Burial will follow at Troup City Cemetery.
Visitation will be 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm, Friday, March 6, 2020, at Cottle Funeral Home, Troup.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his brother, Wilburn Baird of Troup.
