Elizabeth "Ann" Browning, 90, of Longview, Texas, passed away peacefully on September 3, 2025. Born on July 29, 1935, in Overton, Texas, Ann was the beloved daughter of Horace and Elizabeth Browning.
Ann was a proud college graduate and dedicated her professional life to the oil field industry, where she worked as an accountant. She was known for her sharp mind, attention to detail, and steadfast work ethic.
A faithful member of the Church of Christ, Ann’s life was rooted in her faith, and she found joy and strength in her spiritual community.
Ann is survived by her nieces, Diane Rowe and her husband Ray, and Wendy Williams; her sister-in-law, Marlene Browning Hughes; and several great-nieces and nephews who will remember her with love and admiration.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Vivian Mathews, and brother-in-law, Cecil Mathews; her brothers, Bob Browning and his wife Jessie, and Larry Browning; and her niece's husband, Bobby Williams.
Ann will be remembered for her quiet strength, her devotion to family, and the legacy of love she leaves behind.
