Frankie Joyce Rousseau, 87, of Troup, TX passed away on April 8, 2020, in Troup, Texas. She was born October 12, 1932, in Tulia, TX to the late James H. and Cora Hancock Pearson.

Joyce was a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Gerald Rousseau, daughter, Janet Cover and son, Frank Rousseau. She is also preceded in death by her brothers, Monte Pearson and Norman Pearson, and sisters, Lynn Johnston, LaVerne Lemas, and Marie Allenbaugh.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Nathan Ennis of Rapid City, SD, son Farrel Rousseau of Troup, TX; daughter-in-law, Dana Rousseau of Denton, TX; 9 grandchildren, Chris Ennis, Heath Ennis, Clif Cover, Clay Cover, Clint Cover, Anna Rousseau, Macy Rousseau Winkle, Allison Rousseau, Chandler Rousseau and Grayson
Rousseau. Numerous Great and Great-Grandchildren.
Arrangements are under the direction of Cottle Funeral Home, Troup.
