George Steven Stroud, 76, of Pasadena, Texas, went to be with the Lord on January 20, 2023, in Pasadena, Texas. He was born July 10, 1946, in Henderson, Texas to Billy Fred and Frances Pearson Stroud.
Private services will be held for George Stroud.
He worked as an elevator warehouseman for many years. He enjoyed fishing on the lake and spending time with his sons. He was related Tom and George Pearson, former owners of Cottle-Pearson Funeral Home in Overton.
He is preceded in death by his parents Billy Fred Stroud and Frances Pearson Stroud.
He is survived by his sons, Chad Stroud and wife Kim of Tomball, Tx, and Scott Stroud and wife Chere of Beaumont, Tx; sister, Janis Corter and husband Mark of Pasadena, Tx; numerous grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Arrangements are under the direction of Cottle-Pearson Funeral Home, Overton.
