Guadalupe “Lupita” Elizabeth Moreira, 18, was born September 30, 2007, in Tyler, Texas and passed away on July 4, 2026 in Troup, Texas.

Lupita enjoyed spending time with her family loved going to the gym, fishing nature and being outdoors.

She worked at Jacksonville Early Learning Center as a Teacher/Floater. She graduated New Summerfield High School and was going to attend SFA, pursuing her dream of becoming a nurse.

Her kindness, beautiful smile, and loving spirit will live on in the hearts of all who had the joy of knowing her.

Lupita is survived by her loving parents, Armando Moreira and María Guadalupe Martinez of Troup; her brothers, Juan, Alex, and David; her sisters, Elizabeth and Janeth; and her maternal grandmother, María Luz Martinez, along with many extended family members and friends.

Funeral services for Guadalupe Moreira will be 2:00 pm, Friday, July 10, 2026, at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, Whitehouse, Texas with Father Luke Kalarickal officiating. Burial following at McDonald Cemetery, Troup, Texas.

Visitation will be from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm, Thursday, July 9, 2026, at Cottle Funeral Home, Troup, Texas.

Arrangements are under the direction of Cottle Funeral Home, Troup.

Guadalupe “Lupita” Elizabeth Moreira, de 18 años, nació el 30 de septiembre de 2007 en Tyler, Texas, y falleció el 4 de julio de 2026 en Troup, Texas.

A Lupita le encantaba pasar tiempo con su familia, ir al gimnasio, pescar, disfrutar de la naturaleza y estar al aire libre.

Trabajaba en Jacksonville Early Learning Center como maestra/asistente. Se graduó de New Summerfield High School y tenía planes de asistir a SFA para perseguir su sueño de convertirse en enfermera.

Su bondad, su hermosa sonrisa y su espíritu amoroso vivirán por siempre en los corazones de todos los que tuvieron la alegría de conocerla.

A Lupita le sobreviven sus queridos padres, Armando Moreira y María Guadalupe Martínez, de Troup;

Los servicios funerarios para Guadalupe Moreira se llevarán a cabo a las 2:00 p. m. del viernes 10 de julio de 2026 en la Iglesia Católica Prince of Peace, en Whitehouse, Texas, oficiados por el Padre Luke Kalarickal. El sepelio se realizará posteriormente en el Cementerio McDonald, en Troup, Texas.

La velación será de 5:30 p. m. a 7:30 p. m. el jueves 9 de julio de 2026 en Cottle Funeral Home, en Troup, Texas.
