Jessie Mae Smith, 94, of Tyler, Texas, went to be with the Lord on June 5, 2021, in Tyler, Texas. She was born May 15, 1927, in Troup, Texas to the late Charley and Oma Gourley Hedgecough.

Private Family burial.

She was a member of the Church of Christ.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and siblings, Nettie Epperson, Jean Spraggins, Mattie Sewell, James Hedgecough and Regan Smith.

She is survived by her daughter, Sandra Williamson of Bullard; grandsons, Shane Yowell of Chandler, and Shaun Hooker of Chandler.

Arrangements are under the direction of Cottle Funeral Home, Troup.
