Jimmie Lynn Henning Aldridge, 73, of Arp, Texas, passed away on July 10, 2024. She was born September 7, 1950, in Inez, Texas to the late Earl Henning and Gladys Haley Henning.
She was married to the love of her life, Gene Aldridge. Jimmie never met a stranger and loved to have a good time no matter what she was doing or who she was with. Jimmie was one of thirteen children. She loved family reunions and found her family to be one of the most important parts of her life; as well as dancing, music, and bingo.
Children include 3 daughters, Jesseame Lynn Cheshire and husband John of Liberty City; Sherry Rae Anderson; and Vickie Sue Anderson-Wilson and husband Bradford of Cypress, Texas; 13 siblings; Tom Henning, Helen Robinson, Fred Henning, Clarence Henning, Erlene Goldsum, Jack Henning, Charles Henning, Margaret Johnson, Edwin Henning, Brenda Maraggia, Clyde Henning, and Ray Henning; 7 Grandchildren; Jaci Baggett and husband Michael, Jorri Farmer and husband Luke, Corbin Wilson, Jacob Wilson, Tyler Thompson, Logan Wilson, and James Wilson; 5 Great grandchildren; and many more family members she loved dearly.
On behalf of the family, thank you to Hospice of East Texas; as well as a very special thank you to Jimmie’s nurses; Sam, Tabatha, and Winnie.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
