Kenneth Ray Bolton

Kenneth Ray Bolton, 81, of Tyler, TX, passed away on May 12, 2025, in Overton, Texas. He was born on August 22, 1943, in Tecula, Texas, to the late Lee and Essie B. Thomason Bolton.

Funeral services for Kenneth will be at 10:00 am, Friday, May 16, 2025, at Cottle Funeral Home, Troup, Texas, with Reverend Joshua Howington officiating. Burial to follow at Concord Cemetery.

Visitation for friends and family will be from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Thursday, May 15, 2025, at Cottle Funeral Home, Troup, Texas.

Kenneth was a resident of the Tyler community, and he enjoyed spending time with his family. He was a truck driver for many years. He will forever be missed by his family and friends.

Kenneth is survived by his wife Carolyn Bolton of Tyler; children, Teresa Senter and husband Shane of Tyler, Bradley Bolton and wife Charlotte of Overton, and Barry Bolton and wife Michele of Bullard; brothers and sisters, Eldred Bolton of New Summerfield, Raymond Bolton of Troup, Carol Linkinhoker and husband David of Overton, Delores Jeske and husband Nolan of Troup, Bonnie Berg of Troup, and Shirley Pixley of Overton; 7 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Kenneth is preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Ruby Hamilton, Rosemary Tomlin, and Ellen Tomlin.

Arrangements are under the direction of Cottle Funeral Home, Troup.
