Kevin Owen

 Kevin Owen, 62, of Henderson, Texas, went to be with the Lord, on June 23, 2022, in Henderson, Texas.

Graveside services will be 10:00 am, Wednesday, June 29, 2022, at Neeley Cemetery, with Brother Jason Wood officiating.

Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Tuesday, June 28, 2022, at Cottle-Pearson Funeral Home, Overton.

Kevin was born in Fort Worth, Texas, to George Lee and Katie Janette Moore Owen, on May 31, 1960. He loved fishing, flowers, and chicken, and he was a prankster. He was a truck driver for many years. He was a member of Overton Mt. Calvary Church, and loved his family with all of his heart.

Kevin is preceded in death by his parents, brother, Jerry Owen, and sister, Vicky Hewitt.

Kevin is survived by his wife of 17 years, April Owen of Henderson; children, Kristie Sanders of Churchill, Shanna Carlson of Houston, Michael Tyra of Houston, Ronnie Tyra of Bryan, Heather Tyra of Bryan, Justin Owen of Henderson, Lily Owen of Henderson; sister, Belinda Roberts of Henderson; brother, Morgan Addington of Indy; 14 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.

Arrangements are under the direction of Cottle-Pearson Funeral Home, Overton.
