Mary Elizabeth Littlefield, age 86, of Rusk County, Texas, passed away peacefully on May 3, 2026. She was born on September 8, 1939, in Rusk County, Texas.
Mary was a devoted, lifelong member of London Baptist Church, where her faith remained a guiding light throughout her life. She retired from Marshall Pottery after many years of dedicated service. Mary found joy in life’s simple pleasures—she loved playing bingo, watching sports, and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ronald G. Littlefield; her mother, Ruby L. Kelly; and her father, Shelby B. Kelly.
Mary is survived by her loving children: daughters Shari Friday and husband William Friday of Tyler, Texas, and Terri Teeler of Tyler, Texas; and her son, Kelly Littlefield. She is also survived by her brother, William “Buddy” and wife Nancy Kelly of Deer Park, Texas.
She leaves behind cherished memories with her grandchildren: Ryne and wife Andria Friday of Tyler, Texas; Sarah Edwards and her husband Jeremy of Branch, Arkansas; Reed Friday; and Taylor Fain of Tyler, Texas.
She was also blessed with great-grandchildren: Easton Edwards of Branch, Arkansas; Ellington Edwards of Branch, Arkansas; and Whinry Friday of Tyler, Texas.
Mary will be remembered for her steadfast faith, her love for her family, and the warmth she brought to those around her. Her presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Graveside services will be held at Algoma Cemetery at 1:00 PM on Friday, May 8, 2026.
