Michael Frank Williams, 51, of Troup, Texas, passed away on February 21, 2021, in Troup, Texas. He was born September 13, 1969, in Houston, Texas to George and Mary Lou Council Fanning.

He was a Christian, loved the Lord and his family with all of his heart.

He is survived by his wife, Janet Williams of Troup; mother, Mary Lou Fanning of Troup; children, Jody Anders and wife Ashley of Terrell, Joni Taylor of Tyler, and John Paul Anders of Terrell; sister, Charlotte Reneau of Troup; brother, Tony Fanning of Quitman; grandchildren, Jailyn Anders, Karmen Taylor, Alex Taylor, Jensen Anders, Jemma Anders, and Greysen Chavera; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Arrangements are under the direction of Cottle Funeral Home, Troup.
