Phyllis Jane Tiner

Phyllis Jane Tiner, 75, of Tyler, passed away on December 29, 2023, in Tyler, Texas. She was born on January 2, 1948, in Bakersfield, California, to the late Othel Lee and Laura Rena Crosby Pearson.

Funeral services for Phyllis Tiner will be 10:00 am, Tuesday, January 2, 2024, at Cottle Funeral Home, Troup, Texas.

Phyllis was a resident of the Tyler community and a member of Green Acres Baptist Church of Tyler. She retired from Grayson County as a Manager, and she enjoyed spending time with her family.

Phyllis is survived by her husband, George Tiner of Tyler; son, Jason Tiner and wife Tina of Tyler; grandchildren Sarah and Alissa Tiner; Sisters, Helen Souza and Laurie Rodriquez;
Brother, Othel Pearson Jr.

Phyllis is preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Larry Pearson.

Arrangements are under the direction of Cottle Funeral Home, Troup.
