Susan Glenell Wall

Susan Glenell Wall,,63, of Overton, Texas, went to be with the Lord on March 6, 2023, in Tyler, Texas. She was born October 29, 1959, in Tyler, Texas, to the late Cecil Columbus Nash and Ida Sue Cook Nash.

Funeral services for Susan Wall will be at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, March 9, 2023, at First Baptist Church of Arp, with Pastor Craig Nash officiating, burial to follow at Mason Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 8, 2023, at Cottle-Pearson Funeral Home, Overton.

Susan enjoyed working in the yard, and spending time with her family and dogs. Susan worked for the Overton Pharmacy for many years, she always had a smile on her face and was a sweet and loving soul with a gentle soft voice. She was raised in Troup, Texas. She married the love of her life, Robert Wall on December 26, 1980. Robert and Susan lived in Overton, Texas after they married.

She is preceded in death by her parents and brothers-in-law, Mark McDougal and Tony Thomas.

She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Robert F. Wall; sister, Bonnie Nash Thomas, nephew, Danny Thomas and wife Krysten, nieces, Lilly and Maddie Thomas, sister, Martha Nash McDougal, nephews, Aaron and Jake McDougal, Troy, Dakota, Noah, and John; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Bill and Barbara Wall; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Greg and Holly Wall, niece, Aubrey White and husband Trey, great-nephew, Wesley White; nephew, Justin Self and wife Megan, great-nephew, Windell Self,; her Canine Children, Smokey and Dixie Belle ; numerous nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Arrangements are under the direction of Cottle-Pearson Funeral Home, Overton.
