Theodore Harold Johnson

Theodore Harold Johnson, 90, of Troup, Texas, went to be with the Lord on September 16, 2021, in Jacksonville, Texas. He was born July 8,1931, in Knightstown, Indiana, to the late Carl Andrew and Mary Matilda Tice Johnson.

Graveside services for Theodore Harold will be at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 21, 2021, at Union Grove Cemetery, Troup, with the Reverends Steven Oakes and David Sanford officiating.

Theodore was in the United States Air Force. He was a diesel mechanic for many years. He loved and cherished his family with all of his heart.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife Helen Johnson of Troup; children, Debra Kelley of Troup, Cliff Johnson and wife Ava of Troup, and Sherri Hitt and husband Bodie of Murchison; brother, Bob Johnson of Knightstown, Indiana; 8 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.

Arrangements are under the direction of Cottle Funeral Home, Troup.
