Vicki Christine (Vestal) Smith

Vicki Christine Smith, 69, of Overton, passed away on December 6, 2020, in Tyler, Texas. She was born February 20, 1951 in Overton, Texas to the late Walter and Velma Vestal.

Funeral services for Vicki will be 12:00 pm, Friday, December 11, 2020, at Cottle-Pearson Funeral Home Chapel, Overton, Texas with Reverend Atwell Hankins officiating.

Visitation will be 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Thursday, December 10, 2020 at Cottle-Pearson Funeral Home, Overton.

Vicki married the love of her life Jay Smith on May 26, 1966 in Overton and reunited again on May 26, 2020. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Overton. She loved to cook and decorate, but most of all she loved her family so very much and absolutely loved spending time with them.

Preceded in death by her parents Walter and Velma Vestal and son, Curtis Smith.

Survivors include her husband, Jay Smith of Overton, children, Michael Smith and wife, Jennifer of Overton, Brad Smith and Renee Rios of Roundrock, and Ronnie Howell of Overton, brothers, Alan Beasley and Walter F. Vestal, Jr.; 7 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.

Arrangements are under the direction of Cottle-Pearson Funeral Home, Overton.
