Wanda Fay Chumley

Wanda Fay Chumley, 83, of Whitehouse, left this world to rest in God’s arms on November 24, 2025. She was born on July 28, 1942, in Weinert, Texas, to the late Fred and Lela McClure.

Wanda enjoyed being a mama and granny, loved spending time with her children. She enjoyed working in her garden, teaching Sunday School, loved her time as a floral designer. She touched the lives of many with her generosity and compassion and was always there to offer a helping hand or a listening ear. She will be forever missed by her family and friends.

Wanda was preceded in death by her daughter Sandra, husband David, parents, grandson Nathan, and son David.

Wanda is survived by her children, Janet Green, Linda Chumley, and Teresa Jordan; Nine grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Wanda Chumley will be 2:00 pm, December 1, 2025, at Cottle Funeral Home in Troup.

Visitation will be at 1:00 pm, prior to the service.

Pallbearers will be Luke Green, Zack Green, Beau Thompson, Cameron Chumley, Judson Green, and Brandon Wilson.
