William Randall “Randy” Boulter, 65, of Longview, Texas, passed away on March 26, 2021, in Longview, Texas. He was born June 9, 1955, in Houston, Texas to William George and Miriam Garrett Boulter.
Funeral services for Randy Boulter will be at 10:00 am, Friday, April 2, 2021, at Cottle Funeral Home, Troup with Ronald David Garrett, and Dale Wayne Garrett officiating. Burial will follow at Williams Cemetery, Chapel Hill.
Visitation will be 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm, Thursday, April 1, 2021, at Cottle Funeral Home, Troup.
William graduated with his associate degree in Computers. He was baptized in the Baptist Church. He loved working on computers, collecting coins, loved eagles, and fishing with his daddy.
He is preceded in death by his father, William George Boulter, sister, Anna Straub, brothers-in-law, Dan Straub, Rob Philipp, and Berry Marburger.
He is survived by his mother, Miriam “Betty” Boulter of Whitehouse; daughter, Katrina Streckert and husband David of Tyler; 2 brothers Lewis Garrett of Houston, Dallas Garrett and wife Kathy of Bay Cliff; 6 sisters, Helen Marburger of Leander, Michele Trainham of Austin, Janice Prendergast of Leander, Connie Yandell of Tyler, and Angela Philipp of Kalamazoo, MI; 1 grandchild, Aaron William Streckert; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Gideon Bibles or The Mercy Ship of Lindale.
